Even if you’re not the one approving the budget, your insight into tools, partners, and performance can make—or break—it. Join The Circuit’s Emerging Leaders group for a practical, peer-led discussion on how vendor management and budgeting intersect in today’s IT landscape.

To kick things off, several members will share how they’ve approached vendor contracts, renewals, budgeting inputs, and even calculating IT cost per employee—offering real-world examples you can learn from. We’ll then open it up for group discussion, idea sharing, and Q&A.

Whether you influence buying decisions, manage tools, or are just trying to connect the dots—this session will help you better understand where you fit and how to add value.

This meeting will be at Spring Grove Cemetery, specifically in the Spring Grove Funeral Homes building located at 4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223. Our fellow member, Greg Kent, has offered us use of their beautiful event center, which is on the back side of the funeral home building. See the screenshot below for where to park and enter the building. We plan to have several meetings at this location in 2025, so keep an eye on the calendar for meeting location in the future.
