About the Program:
The IT Leadership Institute is a 10-month, immersive leadership development program designed specifically for IT professionals. Through interactive sessions, peer-to-peer discussions, and real-world projects, participants will:
- Increase their self awareness and how they are perceived by others
- Identify their leadership style and how to leverage their unique style for maximum impact
- Learn to build and inspire high-performing teams
- Develop critical leadership skills to navigate the evolving tech landscape
- Lead through influence vs authority and manage complex organizational dynamics
Program Structure:
- Schedule: One half-day session per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM), October–July (no session in December) (see below for target dates for next cohort)
- Format: Expert-led discussions, peer collaboration, and CIO Level guest speakers
- Environment: Focused on real-world IT leadership challenges in a safe space to learn and practice new skills.

Commitment to Growth:
To earn a Certificate of Completion, participants must:
- Attend at least 8 of the 10 sessions
- Collaborate with their cohort on a community impact project
- Complete 2–4 hours of reflective assignments between sessions
