The Circuit provides a forum for its member companies to share skills, promote the flow of industry-related ideas and work together to create an opportunity-rich marketplace. The Circuit members benefit by taking advantage of networking meetings, educational meetings, roundtable discussion groups, information exchange, and by being the voice of Information Technology in Greater Cincinnati
IT Executive Circle
Joining The Circuit's IT Executive Circle offers a unique opportunity to connect with a diverse group of technology leaders from various backgrounds and industries. This community fosters a culture of supportiveness, enabling members to learn from each other's experiences in deploying specific technologies, providers, and best practices. Engaging in this circle provides access to targeted discussions, and networking opportunities, allowing members to gain valuable insights from peers in the IT Community.

Emerging Leaders Circle
Joining The Circuit's Emerging Leader Circle offers professionals with over five years of experience a unique platform to enhance their leadership skills and expand their professional network. This inclusive community welcomes participants from various sectors, including vendors, fostering a diverse environment for knowledge exchange. Members engage in collaborative discussions, share best practices, and gain insights into industry trends, all within a non-sales-focused setting. By participating, individuals can accelerate their career growth, develop strategic relationships, and contribute to the advancement of the technology community. Membership in the Emerging Leader Circle enables you and your associates to attend all other Circuit events at member rates – the majority of which have no cost.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an IT-related capacity.
- Professionals in both end-user organizations and IT service or product vendors are welcome, promoting a diverse and comprehensive exchange of insights.
- Demonstrate a willingness to actively participate in group discussions, share experiences, and contribute to the collective growth of the circle.
- Recognize that the Circle is a “safe place” to share and request information and is NOT to be used as a sales platform.
- Anyone reported as conducting behavior that does not meet the above criteria may be removed from the group.
Corporate Member
Any company can join The Circuit. Membership is based on the amount of staff in this area. As a Corporate member of The Circuit, you can take advantage of your membership by attending many educational and special events including the Best of Tech Awards celebration event.
Associate Member
Non-profit and educational organizations. Associate memberships are made available to universities, community colleges, and other not-for-profit educational institutions, government entities and associations.
Early Career IT Group
The Circuit’s Early Career IT Group is designed for IT professionals who are just beginning their journey—from late college through the first five years in the field. This group offers a supportive community where members can grow their confidence, expand their industry knowledge, and build a strong professional network.
This is not a job-hunting group. It’s a launchpad for growth, connection, and long-term success in the tech industry. Through engaging meetups, shared experiences, and practical takeaways, members will learn from one another and from more experienced professionals across The Circuit’s network. As members advance in their careers, they’ll find opportunities to transition into other peer groups like the Emerging Leaders Circle and IT Executive Circle.
